Please allow 48 hours for processing. Once confirmed, your order will be shipped within 7 days. For orders over 50, you may have a longer shipping time. Rush orders may be accommodated based on availability, send me an email before ordering.
COPYRIGHT AND RIGHTS TO USE
As the artist, Arielle remains the sole owner of all artistic rights. Commissioned art is for personal use only. Arielle will be able to use the final designs as part of her portfolio. The Client may not reuse and repurpose the material given to repackage or resell.

The provided text will be written exactly as submitted. For commission pieces, no changes may be made after work has begun. Please note that if the text has not been submitted by the requested date, it is likely to delay the order deadline.PHOTOGRAPHY
Emailed copies of professional photography taken of my work are always appreciated. You are encouraged to share images on social media (credit with "Calligraphy by Arielle Basha"). If sharing on Instagram, please tag @letteringbyariellebasha.
CORRECTIONS
Please review the final order upon receipt to be sure there are no corrections needed. If any corrections are needed, please email a complete list within 24 hours of placing your order.
CANCELLATION
Both parties understand that the Client or Artist may terminate the service at any time if, for any reason, the relationship is deemed unsatisfactory by either party. Upon written or verbal cancellation, the Client is responsible for payment for all expenses incurred and any work done towards the completion of the project based on the percentage of the project completed that is determined by the Artist. Should the Client cancel the project following its completion, the Client is responsible for full payment as per the agreed-upon price. In the event of cancellation, the Artist retains ownership of all copyrights and original work created.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS:
You promise to pay for the services rendered by the Artist for the Work as agreed upon. By making payment, you agree to have read, understood, and are considered legally bonded to these terms.
