An engraved item is the perfect gift for your loved one! Ask your bridesmaids to be there on your special day with a custom engraving, thank the Mother of the Bride with her favorite bottle of perfume, or gift your girlfriend her signature scent with a unique personalization.

PLEASE NOTE

This product listing includes engraving services ONLY. You are responsible for providing the item you'd like engraved. Please ship the bottle within 5 days of purchasing this product. Dates and intials count as one word.

1. Fill out all the information in the product listing including the word count, fill-in color, and exact wording you'd like engraved. Please note I will engrave the item EXACTLY as you have requested, so be sure to double-check before you submit.

2. Ship the perfume to be engraved. The address will be provided after purchase. For local pickup use the code "ATLPICKUP" and we will arrange a meeting spot.

3. After receiving your perfume bottle I will complete the engraving within 7 days. You will receive all the information you need to track your order.
You may ship perfumes, but there are some strict regulations to pay attention to. Most fragrances contain alcohol making the product flammable and could burst under certain pressure and temperature conditions.

I have outlined a how-to for shipping perfumes with different delivery services below:

USPS

If there are more than 4 ounces of liquid, there are several steps to the packing process.

The original container needs to be wrapped in padding, then put inside a leak-proof container, and finally put into a larger outer box.

FEDEX

Leak-proof containers with a sealable lid are required while shipping fragrances, and each item must be wrapped individually in padding.

A durable and secure box needs to be used for fragile items to prevent the breakage of perfume bottles.

The sender must properly identify and classify all dangerous goods on their packaging label for all liquids containing hazardous ingredients.

Each package needs to include absorbent materials on the inside of the container.

UPS

UPS shippers may be required to provide a contract stating that they are in compliance with all ADR regulations when shipping any product deemed to be a dangerous good.

Packages must be properly sealed to prevent leakage, contents must be secured inside the package, and stay within the allowed quantity limits.

COPYRIGHT AND RIGHTS TO USE
As the artist, Arielle remains the sole owner of all artistic rights. Commissioned art is for personal use only. Arielle will be able to use the final designs as part of her portfolio. The Client may not reuse and repurpose the material given to repackage or resell.

Before contracting my services, please spend time reviewing my work to ensure you like and trust my artistic style and abilities. You can be assured I will create your project to the same quality as the samples on my website.

HANDWRITTEN WORK
Please keep in mind that, unlike computer-generated text, the beauty of hand-written calligraphy is the natural variation in letter form. My hand will not make each letter exactly the same every single time. These variations result in every piece of writing being a unique work of art.

TEXT SUBMISSION
The provided text will be written exactly as submitted. For commission pieces, no changes may be made after work has begun. Please note that if the text has not been submitted by the requested date, it is likely to delay the order deadline.

PHOTOGRAPHY
Emailed copies of professional photography taken of my work are always appreciated. You are encouraged to share images on social media (credit with "Calligraphy by Arielle Basha"). If sharing on Instagram, please tag @letteringbyariellebasha.

CORRECTIONS
Please review the final order upon receipt to be sure there are no corrections needed. If any corrections are needed, please email a complete list within 72 hours.

CANCELLATION
Both parties understand that the Client or Artist may terminate the service at any time if, for any reason, the relationship is deemed unsatisfactory by either party. Upon written or verbal cancellation, the Client is responsible for payment for all expenses incurred and any work done towards the completion of the project based on the percentage of the project completed that is determined by the Artist. Should the Client cancel the project following its completion, the Client is responsible for full payment as per the agreed-upon price. In the event of cancellation, the Artist retains ownership of all copyrights and original work created.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS:
You promise to pay for the services rendered by the Artist for the Work as agreed upon. By making payment, you agree to have read, understood, and are considered legally bonded to these terms.
