ORDER PROCESSING - Please allow 48 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 72 hours to let you know your order is on the way!
STORE PICKUP - Orders can be picked up daily, from 10am-4pm in Midtown, Atlanta. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup and the address will be given to you after your order has been place.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING - Orders are generally shipped within 7 days using UPS standard shipping. Flat rate shipping fee of $15 applies to orders shipping within the continental US. We do not ship outside of the US at this time.

Due to the nature of our custom products, returns are not accepted.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at arielle@ariellebashaaart.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
